Caltrans Seismic Advisory Board (SAB)  Lead editor for the Caltrans Seismic Advisory Board in 1994 and 2004. Both The Continuing Challenge (1994) and the Race to Seismic Safety (2004) focused on California’s transportation infrastructure and its vulnerability to earthquakes. The Caltrans Seismic Advisory Board issued both publications to advise Caltrans on measures to improve California’s freeways, bridges, and transportation structures. |
