 As lead editor for this definitive report on the causes of structural damage in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, Ms. Shea coordinated and edited the work of all eleven members of the Governor’s Board of Inquiry. She oversaw development of over 400 graphics, and supervised print production. Competing Against Time won both a regional and an international award from the Society for Technical Communication. |
